This Privacy Policy explains how the RainBall Gain mobile application (the “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use it. RainBall Gain is a football-themed entertainment app offering predictions and mini-games that use virtual coins only. The virtual coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money, and the App does not involve any form of real-money gambling or wagering.

We have designed RainBall Gain to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect any of the following:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses;
Precise or approximate location data;
Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data;
Payment or financial information;
Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or cross-app tracking data.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To make the App work and to remember your progress, certain data is saved only on your device (using the device’s local storage). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. It includes:

Your chosen display name and selected in-app avatar/theme;
Your virtual coin balance and in-app transaction history;
Your predictions and their simulated results;
Mini-game scores, level/XP progress, achievements, and daily-reward streaks;
App preferences (such as sound and haptics settings).

You can permanently erase all locally stored data at any time using Settings → Reset all progress inside the App, or by deleting the App from your device.

3. In-App Web Browser

The App includes an in-app web view that lets you search for general football news and live scores and open football-related web searches. When you use this feature, your search request is sent to a third-party search engine and the resulting web pages are loaded inside the App.

These third-party websites and search providers are not operated by us and have their own privacy policies and terms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external services. We recommend reviewing their policies before providing any information to them.

4. Children’s Privacy

RainBall Gain is a general-audience entertainment app and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the App does not collect personal data, no special data-collection practices apply to children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

5. Data Security

Since all of your in-app data is stored locally on your own device, its security is governed by your device’s own protections (such as the device passcode and operating-system safeguards). We do not maintain servers that store your personal data.

6. Third-Party Services

Apart from the third-party search engine used by the in-app web browser described above, the App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data-protection laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. You remain in full control of the locally stored data on your device and may delete it at any time as described in Section 2.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
